The Bobina Council features two distinct proposal systems to ensure quality and community governance:
- • Bobina Proposals: Community-driven submissions of new Bobina art that are voted on before being added to the main gallery.
- • Council Proposals: Platform governance proposals for features, improvements, bug reports, and community decisions that shape the future of the ecosystem.

The Bobina Council is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) that governs the Bobina ecosystem. Signing in with your X account is required to become a Council Member and participate in governance.
