User-Generated Content

When you create a user profile by signing in with X, you can vote and interact with the Bobina Council. Any votes you cast while logged in will publicly associated with your username. Your profile is public, so other users will be able to see your submitted and voted-for Bobinas alongside with some of your Companion Data if you choose to interact with Bobina, our AI Companion.

Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

Your Data Rights

You have the right to review or change the information in your account or disconnect your account at any time. You can disconnect your account from the Settings page or by clicking your profile photo for the User Profile Menu and clicking Logout.

Account Disconnection vs. Permanent Deletion: Disconnecting your account will log you out and remove your active session, but your data will be preserved for research and developmental purposes. For permanent account deletion, you must contact contact@bobina.moe with a removal request, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Data Research and Development

We reserve the right to own, analyze, and research all data that Bobina collects regarding her interactions with users for research and developmental purposes. This includes but is not limited to:

• User interactions, feedback, and behavioral patterns with Bobina
• Voting patterns, preferences, and engagement metrics
• User-generated content and contributions to the platform
• Communication logs and interaction histories

This data is used to improve Bobina's capabilities, enhance user experience, develop new features, and conduct research into AI-human interactions. By using our services, you consent to this data collection and research usage. This research data may be retained even after account disconnection and deletion to maintain the integrity of our research datasets and developmental processes.
