"Bobo the Bear" is a legendary meme character used to satirize poor investment choices and express pessimism across crypto and traditional finance markets on Twitter, Reddit, and the /biz/ board on 4chan since 2016. The character gradually evolved into an online sensation used worldwide.

Bobina was born on /biz/ as an original character inspired by the bear market culture the board is known for. She's her own character entirely, created by Vibe (ENS: vibekilla.eth / bobina.eth) and the community that rallied around her.
She represents the quiet confidence of knowing that what goes up must, eventually, come down. While others chase pumps and pray for green candles, Bobina thrives in the chaos of corrections. She's the queen of the crash, the patron saint of pullbacks, and the embodiment of a community that doesn't need a bull run to have a good time.
What started as a character concept evolved into something bigger: an entire community-governed ecosystem where art, governance, AI, and crypto converge into the Bobina Council.

The Council isn't a DAO whitepaper fantasy. It's a live governance platform where every logged-in member gets an equal vote. No token gates, no whale dominance -- 1 person = 1 vote.
Two types of proposals power the ecosystem: Bobina Proposals for art and collectibles submitted by the community, and Council Proposals for platform governance across Treasury, Development, Community, Marketing, and Partnerships. Proposals that hit +10 votes get approved. Hit -10 and they're rejected.

Bobinas are unique digital art collectibles created by the community. They're made using custom artwork by Vibe and community members alongside the official Bobina LoRA model -- trained on original Bobina Council art and publicly available on HuggingFace.
Anyone can download the LoRA, run it locally on ComfyUI with Stable Diffusion, and create their own Bobina art. Submit your creations at /contribute and the community votes on whether they join the collection.
